After the setup it mapped the entire house without a problem. It did a great job in cleaning the floor once the map was created. So far I’m very pleased with it and my wife loves it also😉

This robot vacuum is, without a doubt, the best on the market. 3i has created the most innovative and reliable robot I’ve ever used. I was initially hesitant to spend this much on a vacuum, but after using it daily for the past two weeks, I’m so glad I did. I’ve had several robot vacuums over the years and have always been searching for one I could leave running for weeks without worry. When I discovered the 3i S10 Ultra, it checked every box on my list. The roller mop is a game-changer—it actually cleans your floors, unlike other robot mops that just smear dirt around. It also has edge mopping, which is the first of its kind for a roller mop. The base station is another feature I never expected to see in 2024. It cleans the dirty water and pulls moisture from the air, so I never have to empty a smelly, dirty water tank. I haven’t touched the base station in two weeks—it's always filled with fresh, clean, and filtered water. The app is well-designed and full of useful features. The only issue I ran into was suction power. I reached out to 3i’s customer support, and within 4 hours, they responded with a helpful and detailed email. They escalated my issue to the engineering team, and just four days later, they rolled out an update that completely fixed the problem. How many companies would do that? I’ve had poor customer support experiences with Roborock and Dreame in the past, but 3i has earned a loyal customer for life by being responsive and solving my issue so quickly. If 3i continues to release software updates and add features to the app, they’ll remain the best robot vacuum on the market for years to come. If you’re on the fence about buying it, just do it—this vacuum is miles ahead of the competition.

Loving the 3i S10 Ultra! Have only filled the water on the first day of use and has kept itself full ever since! Hardly any maintenance as promised! Few more options in the app (like manual cleaning the hair function) and some updates on the object avoiding (vacuum doesn't go into small areas where it would definitely fit) but i am sure these will come with next updates. Very happy with the purchase!

I purchased this vacuum mop and it worked well for the first 10 months. After that, the mopping option failed. I reached out to customer service and they initially responded but stopped closer to when my warranty was about to expire. I believe that was intentional and that 3I did not want to fix the vacuum. Beware of this product.
Absolutely love this machine. I have had several robot mops dating back to the iRobot Scooba. Currently I have a Qrevo CurvX and Eufy Omni S2, both plumbed in so that I don't have to hassle with water changes. I'd easily recommend the S10 Ultra over both! The ability to put it anywhere and not have to hassle with water changes or hooking it into a water and drain is hands down the biggest selling point. The vacuum performance is fantastic and it has a larger than typical intake port so that it doesn't clog with larger debris like many vacuums do. Zero hair tangles, and gets nearly every corner. There's only been two incidents with eating charging cables, but that's still FAR better than any Roborock or iRobot vacuum I've owned, and on par with the Eufy. The roller mop is far superior to rotating disc mops and I personally feel it's roller mop performs better than the Eufy's, and does a much better job at scrubbing along the edges of baseboards. And while I have read several people complain about odors, I have never had this issue, despite using it to clean up after the occupational "puppy accident". I AM worried about the longevity of such a device this sophisticated, because when there is so little that requires user servicing, there are usually trade-offs in longevity or expensive repairs later on. But so far, this machine has been the easiest to install and the closest to maintenance-free I've ever experienced.
Overall good experience, good product. I wish there was more power in the vacuum. Battery could be bigger too. App needs work. And wish you could select mop only etc.

Haven’t added water or dumped dirty water in a month since purchase! ENOUGH SAID! Honestly this vacuum does great. I’ve used another very good and expensive robot vacuum for years and the S10 ultra does just as good at vacuuming and better at mopping.

I've been using my S10 Ultra for a little over a week and it's been performing better than expected. My home is just under 2000 ft? with tiled floors throughout except in the bedrooms. I've been using it daily, and I'm sure that's a little overkill but my floors feel and look awesome lol. Since day one i've set it up and been totally hands off other than starting it on its Al auto program (sometimes I send it to clean our main hallway or kitchen if needed). There are four people plus, a dog, a cat and, a rabbit in this household so the floors take a beating and the S10 Ultra has had no problem keeping up. As of now, the S10 Ultra has far exceeded my expectations, and I am excited to see what's to come in the future from the developers.

I have two dogs, and keeping the house clean is a chore. I run the vacuum and mop 5 days a week. It's at least spend an hour. I decided to buy a new vacuum/mop as a Thanksgiving gift for myself. While it is expensive, it's well worth it in my opinion. I love the design. Beautiful design can fit into any home. The app is simple and easy to use. Mapping is pretty accurate. It's powerful suction with quite sound control. It handles daily cleaning well and easily removes dust, hair, and other things. The part I like most is the WaterRecycle System. I was impressed that it doesn't need to refill water manually. No need for water supply and drainage connections, I can put it anywhere in my home. It's Truly Hands-Free. I can crank up the suction and mop cycle count and make it run when I am not home so that I can return to spotless floors. Overall, the 3i is an amazing and efficient robot vacuum/mop. I really love having it in my home. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

I saw this vacuum first time through YouTube, the water recycling feature really attracts me very well. I even don't believe it doesn't need to refill water manually, which really amazing, a big game changer and super convenient for every housekeeper. I placed the order immediately when I saw the promotion, no matter what $200 coupon is a lot. I received the product, follow up the instructions to connect and setup. It's very easy, no hard time. The mop and vacuum are very strong and efficient. After the cleaning is finished, it will go back dock station automatically and self-clean will take in place. The robot is cool, no noisy, high technology. I highly recommend it to whoever is suffering with the house floor cleaning. My wife has some concern when I placed the order, the price is higher than other vacuums. I explained the true technology and let her try, after then, she totally changed her mind. No need to refill water, no need to worry about the grey water. The dust, hair, every small or solid items, all can be cleaned very well. The anti-tangle design is also fantastic. It's really amazing, it changes the life. Highly highly highly recommended.

I love this new robot vacuum. The 3i S10 ultra does everything it advertised and does it better than I could have hoped for. Water-recycle system: I was skeptical at first about this feature, but it does work! The water level in the tank has risen a lot after a few hours. It does generate water.But you’d better to add some water when the first use. Mopping: The roller mop works great, it cleans the floor very well.The robot vacuum is equipped with a real-time self-cleaning roller mop.That guarantees cleaning effectiveness. Suction and Efficiency: The powerful suction power is impressive, it can efficiently pick up pet hair, dirt, and debris from both carpets and hard floors. APP: The app is easy to use, and setup is simple. Mapping is fast and precise. And you can control the water production, green eye dirt scan and other feature here. Carpet Setting: It is carpet friendly, it intelligently lifts the mop when it detects carpeted floors, keeping carpets dry and untouched by the mop function. Everything is perfect for now, i will keep updating.
