Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
NOTE: S10 Ultra is Pre-order!
US -Shipping from November 20th!
EU - Shipping from Mid-December!
AUS - Shipping from end of January 2025!
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
Please note that delivery estimates do not include processing time. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders.
Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number that you can use to follow your package’s journey. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
International Shipping: At this time, we ship within the United States when you order in us.3itech.com. Although remote areas, islands, and dependencies such as Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are not currently available.
For the EU: we support shipping to the following countries
Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, Canada, Bulgaria, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Romania, and Slovenia.
For the Australia: We offer free standard shipping
Shipping Issues: If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong items, please contact us immediately at support-us@3itech.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will address the issue promptly.
Shipping Delays: Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions or carrier delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
