The roller mop effectively cleans floor dirt, but its efficiency declines with prolonged use. To maintain optimal mopping performance, it is advised to replace the mop every 980 hours of operation or less.
This company is terrible. My mop is defective where the unit stopped drying my roller mop so my house smells like mildew. I have to remove the roller mop every time I used the unit and air dry it outside, but it still stinks. I can't even buy new roller mops because they're not available anywhere. The seller i bought the mop from won't respond to me and neither will the manufacturer and my unit is still under manufacturer warranty. I paid $700 for my unit and then added an additional warranty for $80 that also won't replace the unit since its still supposed to be under manufacturer warranty. No one is helping me. This is incredibly frustrating.
