Warranty Policy

3i Limited Warranty ("Limited Warranty")
This Limited Warranty provides specific rights to the original purchaser (“you”) for the period outlined below. It covers products sold by Santrum Hong Kong Co., Limited ("3i"), its subsidiaries, affiliates, authorized resellers, or distributors in the United States. Warranty obligations extend only to you and cannot be transferred or assigned. The terms below define the extent of this Limited Warranty.

NEW PRODUCTS LIMITED WARRANTY
3i warrants that the new 3i product ("Product") you purchased will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase, provided the Product is stored, handled, installed, used, and maintained according to 3i’s instructions.

CERTIFIED REFURBISHED PRODUCTS LIMITED WARRANTY
3i warrants that certified refurbished products purchased from (i) 3i’s official store, (ii) 3i’s official Amazon.com store, (iii) 3i’s official eBay.com store, or (iv) other official 3i stores, will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for six (6) months from the date of purchase, subject to proper handling, use, and maintenance as per 3i’s guidelines.

WARRANTY COVERAGE AND LIMITATIONS
If a Product fails due to defects in materials or workmanship during the warranty period, 3i may, at its discretion, repair, replace the Product with a new or refurbished unit of similar functionality, or refund the purchase price. This remedy is subject to the limitations below.
Repair or replacement is contingent on the availability of parts or Products. Replacement parts may be new, refurbished, or equivalent to new. Products repaired or replaced under warranty will be covered for either 90 days from the repair or replacement date, or the remainder of the original warranty period, whichever is longer. Repairs or replacements do not extend the original warranty period.
If a replacement or refund is provided, any complimentary gifts included with the purchase must also be returned. Refunds or replacements will not be processed until all items are received as originally delivered.
Replaced parts become 3i’s property; replacement products or parts become your property.

PROOF OF PURCHASE
The warranty period begins on the purchase date, except in California, where it starts upon delivery. Proof of purchase is required to claim warranty coverage, such as a receipt or similar document. If unavailable, the warranty will commence three months from the Product's shipping date, based on 3i’s records.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
This Limited Warranty does not cover:

  • Consumable components like brushes, unless damage stems from defects in non-consumable parts.
  • Normal wear and tear, or cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches, dents).
  • Non-3i products, even if sold with the Product.
  • Products with altered, defaced, illegible, or removed serial numbers or labels.
  • Lost or stolen products.

    Damage or defects not covered include those resulting from:

    • Misuse, accidents, neglect, abuse, improper installation or storage, unauthorized modifications or repairs, use of incompatible accessories, or unapproved alterations.
    • Use with non-3i approved accessories or cleaning solutions.
    • Non-3i service or repairs.
    • Failure to follow 3i guidelines, maintenance neglect, or extreme environmental conditions.
    • Power surges, incorrect voltage, or commercial use (unless marketed for such).
    • Use outdoors (unless specified for outdoor use).
    • Unauthorized software updates or failure to follow recommended update procedures.

      Warranty coverage is void if:

      • Warranty terms or agreements with 3i are breached.
      • The Product has not been returned after a refund.
      • The Product is purchased or used outside the U.S.
      • 3i reserves the right to deactivate the Product if it is found to be counterfeit, stolen, or lost during shipment.

      NO OTHER WARRANTIES
      The express warranties provided here are the only warranties offered by 3i. No other express or implied warranties, including those of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, apply. Some jurisdictions may not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so such warranties may apply as required by law but are limited to the warranty period.

      LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
      3i is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or business, arising from the use or inability to use the Product, even if advised of such possibilities. In jurisdictions that do not allow exclusions of liability, limitations may not apply.

      USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
      By seeking warranty service, you consent to 3i or its authorized service providers storing and processing your personal information for service purposes and potential follow-up communications. 3i may transfer this data across its business regions and disclose it as required by law.       GOVERNING LAW
      This Limited Warranty is governed by California law, excluding conflict-of-law provisions.

      YOUR RIGHTS
      This warranty provides you with specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights under applicable laws or separate agreements with 3i. Nothing in this Limited Warranty affect your statutory rights.
