Q: What is the function of the WaterRecycle™ System?

A: WaterRecycle™ System means that after the S10 Ultra completes a mopping task and returns to the base station, the base station automatically collects the wastewater into its wastewater tank. Through low-temperature distillation and condensation technology, the water is purified. The recovered wastewater is distilled and disinfected, ensuring the distilled water is pure and sterile. Third-party testing has confirmed that the distilled water is clean and suitable for cleaning. The water circulation function allows you to clean without frequently changing the clean water or dumping the wastewater, making cleaning maintenance-free.

Q: Can it differentiate hard floor from carpet for washing?

A: The S10 Ultra uses ultrasonic sensors to effectively differentiate between hard floors and carpets.

For carpets, it will only vacuum without mopping, and the roller mop will lift to avoid contact with the carpet.
For hard floors, users can choose between vacuum only or vacuum and mopping together.

Q: Does processing wastewater take a long time?

A: The S10 Ultra does not take a long time to process wastewater. Due to the low water consumption of our roller mop, the processing time is quick, and the wastewater generated during cleaning can be processed in just less than 20 minutes. When the robot returns to the all-in-one station, the station will handle all the wastewater, which takes around one hour to complete.
