Referral Program Terms & Conditions
The operator of us.3itech.com (“3i” or “We”) offers brand supporters (“Referrer” or “You”) the opportunity to participate in its referral program (the “Program”). The Program is administered by 3i, which reserves the right to amend or terminate the Program at any time and for any reason without prior notice. Updated information about the Program will be available on this page.
By participating in the Program, Referrers agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you are not authorized to participate. The Program must not be used in violation of any applicable laws, regulations, or pre-existing contractual obligations.
3i reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions and the methods by which rewards are earned. Participants may be disqualified at 3i’s sole discretion for failing to comply with these Terms, applicable laws, or requirements from relevant authorities.
1. How the Program Works
A. General Terms.
Referrers can participate by visiting the official 3i referral page and following on-screen instructions to invite friends via email. Invited friends (“Friends”) will receive an email invitation to purchase 3i products.
An Eligible Referrer who meets these Terms may earn Rewards for each Qualified Referral (as defined below). Referrers must have their Friends’ prior consent to share their contact information.
B. Eligible Referrer
To qualify as “Eligible,” a Referrer must:
- Be a legal resident of the United States.
- Be at least 18 years old (no part of the Program is directed toward individuals under 18).
C. Making a Referral
- Referrers must provide their email on the official 3i referral page.
- Referrers must have Friends’ prior consent to receive emails about the referral.
- Referrers may not create fake accounts, email addresses, or identities. Referrers may not refer themselves.
A “Qualified Referral” means that all the following conditions are met:
- The Friend completes a purchase using the referral link.
- The Friend is a legal U.S. resident aged 18 or older.
- The Friend uses only one referral link.
E. Earning Rewards
Referrers may earn Rewards (e.g., PayPal payments, coupon codes, or 3i points). Specific details are listed on the 3i referral page. Rewards are subject to verification.
F. Verified Qualified Referrals
Rewards will be reviewed within 40 days of a Friend’s purchase to confirm qualification. Verified Rewards will result in a confirmation email sent to the Referrer.
G. Claiming Rewards
When a Friend make a purchase through your referral link, you will receive an email informing you someone made a purchase using your link, automatically. We will review the referred order within 40 days from the date of purchase for verification and qualification of the referral. Once a referred purchase is verified, you will receive another confirmation email to collect your referral reward.
2. Privacy Notice.
By participating in the Program, Referrers consent to sharing their personal information and that of their Friends (with prior consent) with 3i. This information is governed by the 3i Privacy Policy. Referrers must ensure that Friends have read and agreed to this policy.
3i may send follow-up communications to Friends to encourage purchases. Personal data may also be used to manage Referrers’ participation in the Program.
3. Content Ownership and Use.
All content on the 3i platform, including designs, text, graphics, and trademarks, is the property of 3i or its licensors. Referrers may not use this content without prior permission.
4. Liability.
A. By participating in the Program, Referrers agree to:
Be bound by these Terms and Conditions, the decisions of 3i and its designees, and the Privacy Policy of 3i;
- Be bound by these Terms and 3i’s decisions.
- Release 3i and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the Program.
- Errors, delays, or malfunctions in communication systems.
- Unauthorized access, data corruption, or any technical issues.
- Any damages resulting from participation in the Program.
The Program is provided “as is” without any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Referrers use the Program at their own risk.
5. Conduct.
A. Conduct-General.
Referrers may not:
- Violate laws or infringe rights.
- Engage in fraudulent activity, spam, or bulk referrals.
- Tamper with or disrupt the Program’s operation.
B. Prohibited Conduct.
3i prohibits spam or bulk referrals. Referrers must comply with anti-spam laws. Violators will be disqualified, and their Rewards revoked.
C. Bulk Distribution ("Spam").
If a Referrer provides a Personal Link to 3i official website referral page to a Friend by email, the email must be created and distributed in a personal manner that is appropriate and customary for communications with friends, colleagues and family members.
Bulk referrals, distribution to strangers, or any other promotion of a Program in a manner that would constitute or appear to constitute unsolicited commercial email or "spam" in 3i’s sole discretion is expressly prohibited and may be grounds for immediate termination of the Referrer's participation in the Program. 3i has a no-tolerance spam policy.
3i has no obligation to monitor the content provided by Referrers; however, 3i may choose to do so and block any email messages, remove any such content, or prohibit any use of the Program.
While 3i is the actual sender of the referral email, each Referrer must nonetheless comply with applicable law. Referrers who do not comply with the law, including antispam laws, are obligated to indemnify 3i and all of the Released Parties against any liabilities, costs and expenses incurred as a results of such violation.
D. Fraudulent and Suspicious Behavior.
3i may prohibit a Referrer from participating in the Program or receiving a Credit or Reward, in 3i’s sole discretion, if 3i determines that such Referrer is attempting to undermine the fairness, integrity or legitimate operation of the Program in any way by cheating, hacking, deception, or any other unfair playing practices of intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Referrers or any representatives of 3i.
Use of any affiliate website, affiliate network properties, automated systems, script, or macro to participate is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification.
Referrers may not enter with multiple or fake emails addresses or accounts, use fictitious identities or use any system, bot or other device or artifice to participate in the Program or receive a Reward.
3i reserves the right to disqualify any Referrer and/or cancel any Reward(s) if 3i finds a Referrer to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Program or violating these Terms and Conditions in any way.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROGRAM MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, 3i RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY FEES) TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
E. Violations.
The referrer should ensure that the activities are carried out under the circumstances allowed by laws, regulations, and these terms. If 3i finds that the referrer has violated these terms and conditions or violated laws and regulations, it has the right to cancel the referrer's qualification or reclaim the rewards already issued to the referrer at any time.
6. Applicable Law; Arbitration; Class Waiver; and Waiver of Jury Trial.
A. Any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or related to the Program or any Reward or other prize awarded pursuant to the Program or to this agreement shall be resolved under Delaware law (without reference to its conflicts of laws principles).
B. Referrers and 3i agree to submit to the personal and exclusive arbitration of any disputes relating to the use of 3i’s online platform or the Program under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any such arbitration, to the extent necessary, shall be conducted in the state of Delaware. Referrers covenant not to sue or otherwise bring a claim against 3i in any other forum.
C. Referrers also acknowledge and understand that, with respect to any dispute with the Released Parties arising out of or relating to Referrers' use of the Program or this agreement:
REFERRERS ARE GIVING UP THEIR RIGHT TO HAVE A TRIAL BY JURY; and REFERRERS ARE GIVING UP THEIR RIGHT TO SERVE AS A REPRESENTATIVE, AS A PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL, OR IN ANY OTHER REPRESENTATIVE CAPACITY, OR TO PARTICIPATE AS A MEMBER OF A CLASS OF CLAIMANTS, IN ANY LAWSUIT INVOLVING ANY SUCH DISPUTE.
7. General Terms.
A. Program Changes or Discontinuation
3i reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, for any reason, at its sole discretion, with or without notice. Any unclaimed Rewards will be forfeited at that time.
B. Violation Consequences
If a Referrer is found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions, 3i reserves the right to cancel their participation in the Program, disqualify them from earning Rewards, and/or reclaim previously issued Rewards.
C. Effect of Termination
Upon termination of the Program or a Referrer’s participation, the Referrer’s rights under these Terms and Conditions will immediately cease.
